2. Description of Service

ICYMI is a reminder management platform that allows users to create, manage, and receive notifications for life events and tasks. Notifications may be sent via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app alerts.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ICYMI for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the service's operation.

5. Notification Delivery

While we strive for 99.9% delivery reliability, we cannot guarantee delivery of all notifications. ICYMI is not liable for missed reminders due to technical failures, carrier issues, or force majeure events.

6. Subscription & Billing

Free tier users have limited features. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

ICYMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
